Estimates are not appraisals

Everything HomeWorth AI produces is an automated, AI-assisted estimate provided for informational purposes only. It is not an appraisal, not a broker price opinion, and not an offer to buy your home. It may differ materially from actual market value. Do not rely on it for lending, legal, tax, or investment decisions.

Accuracy

We use third-party property data and AI models that can be incomplete or out of date. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any estimate, value range, comparable sale, or explanation shown on the site.

Agent contact

The free estimate is provided in exchange for your agreement to be contacted by a licensed real estate agent. By requesting an estimate you consent to calls and emails from us and from the agent assigned to your request. You are never obligated to hire that agent, list your home, or buy anything.

Subscriptions

Value Tracking is billed through Stripe and renews automatically at the interval you chose until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account; access continues through the end of the paid period. We do not provide partial or prorated refunds except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site, run automated or bulk queries, resell or redistribute our estimates, or use the service to contact or harass property owners. We may suspend access for any of these.

About us

HomeWorth AI is a software product operated by OpenInDoor's Group, LLC. We are not a real estate brokerage. Participating agents are independent licensed professionals with their own brokerages, identified to you when your request is assigned.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue for any dispute is Palm Beach County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
