Information you give us: name, email, phone, property address, answers about your home's condition and upgrades, agent code, and subscription and billing details processed by Stripe.

Property information from third-party data providers: public records, comparable sales, and automated valuation data.

Technical data: IP address, device and browser, pages viewed, referral source, and cookies.

To generate your estimate; send your report and value updates; provide the Value Tracking subscription; connect you with a licensed real estate agent; improve our models; and comply with law.

This is a core part of our service. When you request an estimate, we send your name, contact information, property address, questionnaire answers, and estimate to the licensed real estate agent assigned to your request. If you used an agent's referral code or link, that agent receives your information. If you did not, your request is assigned to a participating local licensed agent serving your area. That agent may contact you by phone, text, or email per the consent you gave. Participating agents agree to use your information only to assist you with your home and not to resell it.

Service providers (hosting, database, email delivery, payments, property data, AI processing), professional advisors, and authorities when required by law. We do not sell your personal information to data brokers.

By checking the consent box you agree to receive calls and emails from us and your assigned agent, including automated calls. We do not send text messages to homeowners. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email.

Unsubscribe via the link in any email, or email us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to ask that we not share it with additional agents.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, including records of the consent you gave.
