Agent Affiliate Program Agreement

Summary of the terms that apply to every agent in the HomeWorth AI referral program.

What you are being paid for

Compensation under this program is a software affiliate commission on subscription revenue only. It is not a real estate referral fee, it is not contingent on any real estate transaction closing, and it is not compensation for brokerage services of any kind. You are paid when a homeowner you referred pays for a HomeWorth AI software subscription — nothing else.

Commission

30% of net subscription revenue (after payment processing fees) for 12 months from the date each referred subscriber starts paying. Commissions are calculated monthly and paid the following month once your balance exceeds $25, by ACH or Stripe transfer. A completed W-9 is required before your first payment. Refunded or charged-back subscriptions are deducted from the next payout.

Your obligations

Contact homeowners only within the scope of the consent they gave, and comply with the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and Florida telemarketing law. Honor every opt-out (STOP, unsubscribe, or a verbal request) immediately. Never resell, trade, or share leads with anyone else. Maintain an active real estate license in good standing in the state you serve, and follow your own broker's supervision and advertising rules.

Marketing rules

Never describe our estimate as an "appraisal". Never claim our estimate is more accurate than a named competitor. Do not run paid search or social ads on our brand name or on domains that imitate it. Do not submit fake or test leads through your own link. Use only the marketing copy and assets we provide, or your own copy that follows these rules.

Term and termination

Either party may end this agreement with 15 days' written notice. We may suspend an account immediately for a compliance breach. Commissions already earned on active subscriptions are paid out through the end of their 12-month window unless the agreement was terminated for breach.

Independent contractor

You are an independent contractor. Nothing here creates an employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship, and neither party may bind the other. You are responsible for your own taxes.

Governing law

Florida law governs this agreement; venue is Palm Beach County, Florida.
